1. Digital Product — No Physical Shipping

MR Commerce is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. We do not manufacture, stock, or ship any physical products. There are no courier services, delivery charges, or physical packaging involved in any transaction with MR Commerce.

2. Digital Delivery

All access to MR Commerce is delivered entirely online:

  • Upon successful payment, your subscription plan is activated instantly in your account
  • A confirmation email with login instructions is sent to your registered email address
  • Platform access is available immediately — no waiting period
  • Your subscription remains active for the full duration of your billing period

3. No Shipping or Delivery Charges

Since MR Commerce delivers its services entirely online, no shipping fees, handling charges, or delivery costs are ever applied. The price shown at checkout is the exact amount charged — nothing more.

4. Account Activation

After a successful payment via our payment gateway:

  • Your account is activated within minutes of payment confirmation
  • A subscription confirmation receipt is sent to your registered email
  • You can log in and begin using the platform immediately
  • No manual fulfilment or physical dispatch is involved

5. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. A renewal reminder is sent to your registered email before any charge is made. You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
