Refund Policy
Our straightforward approach to refunds and cancellations.
1. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account automatically downgrades to the free Starter plan
- All your data remains intact and accessible
- No further charges will be applied
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first paid subscription if the platform does not meet your requirements
- If you were charged after cancellation due to a technical error
- If the platform experiences extended downtime (over 24 consecutive hours) not covered by our SLA
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email billing@mrcommerce.in with your account details and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Annual plans after the 7-day window (pro-rata credit is available for plan downgrades)
- Custom development or integration work
- On-site training or consultation fees
6. Plan Changes
Upgrading is effective immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. Pro-rata adjustments are applied for mid-cycle upgrades.
